"EnergyNetIQ, Lda (ENG8) is a Portuguese deep-tech company developing breakthrough clean energy solutions. Our core technology, the EnergiCell, is an innovative energy cell that generates heat and electricity from water through controlled plasma and catalysed low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR). The system produces more energy than it consumes (COP > 3 demonstrated in prototypes), with no fossil fuels, no emissions, and no ionising radiation. We are now transitioning from successful laboratory validation to the pre-industrialisation phase, preparing for scalable production and market entry. "

You will join our multidisciplinary R&D team and play a key role in the next critical phase of the EnergiCell:• Planning and conducting advanced experimental campaigns on the plasma-based EnergiCell reactor
• Performing plasma diagnostics, spectroscopy, and detailed data analysis
• Developing and validating physical models for catalysed low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR)
• Optimising system efficiency, reliability, and operational safety
• Supporting the scale-up of the technology towards modular commercial units (target: 100 kW systems)
• Assisting with patent applications, technical reporting
This is a hands-on, laboratory-based role in a dynamic startup environment, with direct impact on one of the most promising clean energy technologies worldwide.
