"About Âmago Audio Âmago Audio is a technology-driven company based at the PCI · Creative Science Park Aveiro Region, dedicated to developing professional ultrasonic microphones with unmatched precision and frequency response (35–60 kHz). Our mission is to redefine modern sound capture standards, merging advanced acoustics, electronic engineering, and industrial design. After a successful R&D phase — validated by top European studios and supported by the CENTRO2030-FSE+ funding program — we are preparing to enter production and expand our commercial and operational capabilities. Role Overview We’re seeking a Business & Operations Development Specialist to bridge the gap between commercial growth and operational execution. This hybrid role combines business development, client relations, and logistics coordination, ensuring that Âmago Audio’s innovative products reach the right customers, on time, with excellence. You’ll work directly with the founding team, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company’s sales channels, internal workflows, and market presence in Europe, US, Asia and beyond. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and manage B2B and direct customer relationships (national and international). Identify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships. Demonstrate product capabilities, translating technical performance into clear client value. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow through to delivery. Support marketing actions, events, and product launches to strengthen brand presence. Operations & Logistics Oversee order management, from quotation to fulfillment and post-sales support. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for production scheduling and component availability. Manage inventory tracking, packaging, and shipment logistics, ensuring timely delivery. Support implementation and optimization of CRM and ERP systems for workflow efficiency. Contribute to the design of internal operational processes that scale with the company’s growth. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with engineering and sales to align production capacity with market demand. Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development. Maintain structured communication between technical and commercial teams. Profile & Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Level 6) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in technical sales, business operations, or logistics preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office). Organized mindset, process-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-evolving startup environment. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish valued). Why Join Us?
